How I work

Expensive advice should have to prove itself. Mine does, in writing:

01Define what normal looks like before measuring anything. Baselines per page type, agreed in writing, or every later number is an opinion.
02Set the evidence rules before the result arrives — not after it's convenient.
03Grade every recommendation afterwards. Worked, didn't work, or can't tell — the third one is a real answer and gets said out loud.
04Leave the artifacts behind. Everything I produce is inspectable by your own engineers, and yours to keep running without me.

What I can't show you yet

No case studies on this page. The work I've done for the last several years sits under other companies' names, and using their numbers to sell you something would tell you a lot about how I'd treat yours.

So instead: the method above, a written record for every recommendation I make, and a conversation in which you can test whether I know your problem. When an engagement produces a public record, it goes here — with permission, or not at all.
